Commissions

I love commissions - someone loves a scene or portrait so much that they want it in painting forever! Very special!

If you're interested in your own commission either for yourself or a loved one, here are a few nuggets of info:

 

Am I the right person to complete your commission?

Styles of artists vary, so do hunt around to make sure you're getting the type of painting you want (acrylic on canvas or paper here!)

Commissions take time

At least 6 weeks, depending on size/detail and how many other pieces are happening at the same time. I'll give you an ETA at the start and keep you in the loop with progress!

 

What's the process?

1. Email across the ideal size of canvas and your photo/s and we will discuss what would work best. [Love hearing what/why this is so important for you to have painted too!]

 

2. Once we've established what the piece will look like, we'll work out an estimated time of completion.

3. Deposit of 50% of final cost is required to start the piece

 

4. Once I'm happy with the stage in the painting I've got to, I send over a photo so you can ask for any final tweaks

 

5. Once you're happy, full payment is required

 

6. The art work will be in transit to you

 

7. Optional: would LOVE to see a photo of your piece hung up!

 

Pricing:

 

It's all dependent on size and detail required on the painting so this is purely a rough guideline where the price could slightly vary:

A4 = £200

A3 = £350

A2 = £550
